Meet Beth
Hey there! I’m Beth—the heart behind Fusion Events. You won’t catch me calling myself a “founder” or “CEO,” but I did build this thing from the ground up. I’ve been in the service industry since 2004, starting in high school as a hostess at a restaurant working my way through restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and small-town spots across Minnesota. But my real love? Bartending. It’s always been bartending. I knew I wanted to be behind the bar since I was 12 years old—after watching Coyote Ugly at a sleepover (yep, really). There’s just something about the energy, the connection, and the art of it that makes it my happy place. I’ve always loved meeting new people, hearing their stories, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome and taken care of.
That’s the soul of Fusion Events. Fusion was born out of a dream—literally. In 2013, while bartending downtown Minneapolis, I started having vivid dreams of weddings and events, of leading a team, of something bigger. In one of those dreams, I saw the Fusion logo with a martini glass in place of the “I.” I had it airbrushed the next day, and the rest is history. At Fusion, we’re not just here to serve drinks—we’re here to ask, “What would you love?”
We’re here to connect, celebrate, and help people create memories they’ll love looking back on. I treat every client like a friend, every event like it matters (because it does), and every celebration like a chance to have fun doing what I love. I’m a single mom, a proud cheer mom, a dog mom, a daughter, a cook, and a movie-night enthusiast. I don’t run this business to be the boss —I do it to be part of something special with people who feel like family by the end of the night.
So whether we’re toasting at a wedding, working a corporate happy hour, or mixing up themed signature drinks at a backyard party—just know I’m probably grinning behind the bar and raising a glass with a big ol’ “Cheers!” And whenever you head out, don’t be surprised if I send you off with my favorite sign-off: Have the best day!
